Bhairvi's Chikan works with over 300 women artisans practicing chikankari, an intricate nine-step white-on-white hand embroidery tradition.
Trained in small village "chikan centers," the artisans create elaborately embroidered linens and garments while earning income that lets many become breadwinners for their families.
